Warranty for new equipment

By purchasing equipment from BANKOMAT24 you can be sure that you will receive new equipment in excellent condition. An official warranty is provided for the entire model range.

The company values its reputation and according to the enactments #402 "Quality of goods" and #403 "Quality assurance of goods" of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan supplies goods that correspond to the samples and / or the provided description.

LLC "BANKOMAT 24" fully fulfills its obligations and therefore each sold device is completed with a Warranty card. Warranty obligations are detailed in the card. Regardless of the payment method, Clients receive signed and sealed Warranty cards.

The warranty period for new equipment is at least 12 months.

Attention! Warranty repairs may be denied in case of previously performed repairs at a non-certified service center.

Warranty for parts and repair

We provide a guarantee for spare parts and components for ATMs, terminals and information kiosks, as well as for the repair of equipment. The warranty period depends on the repair work performed.
